Haito Karate operates entirely as a non-profit organisation. All surplus income is reinvested back into the club to improve facilities and training.

While all our Community Club activities are 100% FREE, we also ensure our regular graded Karate classes are accessible. We offer a Supported Membership for lower-income families wanting to take the next step.

Women's Self-Defence
Free (18+)Taught by Sensei Gabi
Taught by Sensei Gabi, this free class on Tuesday evenings during school term time is designed to help women:
- Learn practical self-defence skills for real-life situations.
- Build confidence, awareness, and quick decision-making.
- Improve overall fitness, strength, and coordination.
- Train in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
Suitable for all fitness levels — total beginners are very welcome!

Whole FamilyFree Open Karate Sessions For The Whole Family
Join us in Woodston for a seasonal programme of free outdoor (or indoor) karate sessions.
