KATA TOURNAMENT

By signing this agreement, the parent or guardian consents to their child's participation in the tournament, acknowledging the inherent risks and affirming that the child is physically able to compete, while agreeing to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by the tournament organizers.

By participating in the tournament, the parent or guardian grants permission for pictures and videos of their child to be taken and used for event promotion or other purposes as deemed appropriate by the tournament organizers, with the understanding that these media will be used without compensation or additional consent.

By participating in this Kata Tournament, the participant acknowledges and accepts that they are solely responsible for their own warm-up and preparation, fully aware of the no-contact nature of the event, and agrees to release the tournament organizers and all related parties from any liability for injuries or damages they may incur during their participation.
