Teenagers And
Adult Classes

11+ years old

HAITO’s classes for teenagers (11+ years old) and adults are a great way to learn self-defence, improve fitness and coordination, and build confidence and discipline.

These classes typically involve training in traditional Karate techniques, such as punches, kicks, blocks, and stances, as well as exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Classes may also include sparring and self-defence drills, as well as discussion and practice of Karate philosophy and principles.

Students are typically grouped by age and ability, and classes are led by experienced instructor Sensei Gabi who provides guidance and support to help students progress at their own pace.

Overall, Karate classes for teenagers and adults offer a challenging and rewarding experience that can benefit both the body and the mind.

Karate Classes For
Teenagers and Adults
Benefits

Respect

Through various exercises and drills, students learn to show respect to their Sensei, peers, and themselves. This includes bowing before entering the Dojo, using proper language and manners, and treating others with kindness and consideration.

CONFIDENCE

Through regular training and practice, students learn to trust their abilities and develop a sense of control over their bodies and minds. As they progress in their training and earn higher belts, they gain a sense of accomplishment and pride in their achievements. This can boost their self-esteem and help them feel more confident in themselves and their abilities.

ENDURANCE

Endurance is crucial in Karate as it allows practitioners to maintain their focus, stamina, and strength throughout a fight or competition. Through regular training and dedication, students develop their endurance and improve their overall Martial Arts skills.

GETTING FIT

You do not have to be fit to start Martial Arts classes. Karate & Self-Defence training comes with exercises and drills which at the same time help you to get fitter and learn a new skill. Through a combination of cardio and strength training, students will improve their physical fitness while developing coordination and focus on their bodies.
