Wow! Yesterday, April 18th, 2025, marked a special milestone for HAITO Karate β our first ever Easter Egg Hunt right here in the Dojo! And what an incredible debut it was, filled with energy, laughter, and the amazing spirit of our HAITO karate community.
The Great Inaugural Egg Hunt!

For one afternoon, our usual training focus shifted to pure, unadulterated fun! We threw open the Dojo doors for an event that brought together our fantastic students (our heroes!), their parents, and siblings. The mission for this inaugural hunt: to track down nearly 700 colourful Easter egg imitations cleverly hidden throughout our training space.
The atmosphere was absolutely buzzing! It was brilliant seeing everyone dive into the challenge with such enthusiasm β searching high and low, collaborating, and celebrating every discovery. Controlled chaos? Maybe a little π, but it was fuelled purely by excitement and fun!
Forging Community Bonds

While the thrill of finding those hidden colourful eggs was undeniable, the true highlight of our first Easter event was witnessing the strengthening of our community bonds. Seeing families connect, share laughter, and enjoy this unique experience together embodies the spirit we foster at HAITO Karate. Itβs moments like these that build connections extending beyond the mats.
A Spectacular Start: 700 Eggs Found!

For our very first hunt, we went big β nearly 700 egg imitations were part of the challenge! This ensured everyone had plenty to search for and contributed to the fantastic, energetic vibe. The determination and teamwork displayed by our hunters were truly impressive.
Here’s to Making it a Tradition!

Based on the sheer fun and positive feedback from our first-ever Easter Egg Hunt, we’re already excited about the possibility of making this an annual HAITO Karate tradition! Yesterday was an unforgettable success, perfectly showcasing the fun, family-friendly environment we cherish alongside the discipline and respect of Kyokushin.
A massive thank you to every single student, parent, sibling, and supporter who came along and made our inaugural Easter event such a roaring success! Our HAITO Karate community spirit is what makes events like this possible and so special. If you’re looking for an independent Kyokushin Karate club in Peterborough that values community, fun, and family just as much as hard training, come and check us out. We’d love for you to join our club and community. Thank you again to everyone who supports HAITO Karate!
