The HAITO Karate Community Club has officially launched its first free women’s self-defence classes in Peterborough – and the response has been nothing short of inspiring.
🔥💪 On opening night, 11 women stepped onto the mats with courage, energy, and determination. The dojo was alive with laughter, strength, and the shared goal of learning practical self-defence skills in a safe, supportive space.
These sessions are part of our community initiative, proudly run by the HAITO Karate Community Club (our not-for-profit arm), with classes hosted at the HAITO Karate dojo in Woodston, Peterborough.
This isn’t just about techniques – it’s about building resilience, confidence, and connection among women across our community.
