A Day of True Kyokushin Spirit
The IKK Novice Knockdown Tournament, hosted by IKK Canterbury, was a fantastic event. These competitions are a genuine test of a karateka’s skill, demanding physical strength, mental toughness, and deep respect for opponents. Our HAITO team represented us with focus and determination, embodying the core values of Kyokushin Karate.
